Don’t you just love a swing?

I loved to swing when I was a child growing up. These days it’s more adult swings for me. We still have the roped one my kids almost wore out. Still in the front yard, and the grandkids love it just as much as they did.

Here’s an old pic I took of some of my cousins sitting in that old swing, visiting with their kids. They have a blonde, curly-headed girl now.

Is it a moth or butterfly? I think moth. 🤷🏼‍♀️

First, I saw this magnificent creature. Got a few shots, and it flew on. Went back to swinging, and the small, lavender butterfly (which turned out to be white, by the way) I had been seeing a few days swirling around the front porch, decided to land on me!

This may even be another moth, instead of a butterfly…I can’t tell the difference sometimes 😂
A friendly little fellow. Every time I would try to take a pic, it would land on it! Of course, I couldn’t get a shot of that…
These weren’t clear due to the mode I had my camera in at that moment.

  3. Butterfly are just awesome! I seen a bright yellow one yesterday. They always come and say “hi” to me. There are only a few months that I don’t see any I almost see them year round.😍 I absolutely love dragonflies too.❤

  11. Hi Renee! I agree, a swing is fantastic, and not just for kids, we adults can have fun with them too! It’s a butterfly, not a moth, a “question mark angelwing” butterfly. Great pics filled with happiness, love them Renee! Hope you have a great day!😁😸🌞🦋
