Stand Therefore

This will be short and sweet this morning, but my heart is burdened for someone.

Sometimes things weigh heavy on your heart.

Today I’m praying for those who are stressing and going through things that feel they’re too much to bear.

Praying you have the strength to make a stand. To make an effort to get ready and go to church this morning.

That’s where you’re going to find the strength to fight back.

Don’t give up your Hope and your faith.

Take a stand.

Be strong in the power of “His” might. You can’t do this alone.

He’s standing at the door and knocking, waiting to help you fight, but He won’t come in unless you ask Him. 💜🙏🏼

“Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.”

I SO enjoyed reading this Scripture, because today in service, we played “Come and Dine”… do you remember that old hymn?   10. Renee, I hope others find the blessing of prayer to bring comfort when life swirls in one’s personal anarchy. I am praying for a teenage family member who continues to deal with the crushing weight of past trauma.
