We all need to hear those words a lot of times. When our back is against the wall. When things seem to be closing in. We feel we may even lose our sanity through the chaos.

This song always gives me peace. Things may be hard for you right now my friend, but just take one step at a time. Don’t look to the left or the right. Keep focused on God’s outstretched hands. He will see you through this. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

    • It is the same for me Michelle! You are so welcome! I hope it filled you with peace and calm. I believe godly music can be used as a very powerful and encouraging uplifter for our spirits with God, just as ungodly music can do the total opposite for us with the enemy.

      • The other morning when I was praying I just stopped for a second and asked God “Are you really listening to me and my prayers? If you are show me, please…” I have been feelings so broken, lost, I’ve felt like I’m nothing but a piece of trash… And I turned on church music and the song “Clean” by Natalie Grant came on. This is the first verse to the song:

        I see shattered
        You see whole
        I see broken
        But You see beautiful
        And You’re helping me to believe
        You’re restoring me piece by piece

        I completely lost it… I broke down weeping… and after I got done crying/praying I looked on my phone to find the song and it wasn’t on my playlist. AT. ALL. The sone “Clean” was even on my phone. And then I broke down again…Because I knew it had to be God that sent me that song.

        Sunday I was talking to one of my friends and she knew I wasn’t okay… And I was laughing and joking around but I was broken inside. She turned and looked at me and said “I know your laughing, Vanessa… but I can see the tears in your eyes…”. I about cried right then…😭

      • V, God loves us so much that He is really showing Himself in very supernatural and extraordinary ways! He does it in ways that we don’t have any choice but to realize that it is Him! The first time I heard that song, I cried my eyes out! It’s s very powerful song! This one that I shared, I woke up with it on my mind. I didn’t look it up right away to listen to it, but when I did—😭😭😭 That was amazing bout the butterfly, the song and your friend seeing straight through to your heart. Those were definitely God moments! I’m praying for you V. I covet your prayers as well baby girl. ❤️🤗

      • He does love us so much and He is revealing it to me piece by piece. Even through this storm God is still loving me and He is showing me that. It’s the only thing helping me through this. Thank you for the prayers!❤ I’m praying for you too my friend.❤

  9. I love this, Renee. Thank you so much for the encouragement. This is one of my favorite songs. So many believers have been in a severe fight of faith for a long long time now. It has been a tough season of purification and growing. Lots of stretching. Music is such a balm to a hurting heart. Listening to the truth of God’s heart for us through song…powerful.

    My prayer is that each and every day brings more of God’s glorious presence to you. I pray the strong and safe arms of our Father would come to hold you tightly, calming any fears and driving out all heaviness. May every life from the enemy be cast out by the truth of Jesus’ love for you. May each moment bring more peace, more love and more clarity to your heart.
