You Are Worth It

“Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.”
‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭29:12-13‬ ‭

You Are Worth It

A stranger in the mirror, staring back at me, Don’t wanna be like this, I have to break free!

Someone once said, Not too long ago, Jennifer, you are worth it, Let all your pain go.

You can make a change, Again love yourself, Speak to the woman in the mirror, Tell her she still has YOU left.

Remember she told you, You are a daughter of the King? Your tears flowed as you realized you were truly “seen.”

Fall down seven times, But get up eight, Give Him all your failures, Let Him carry those heavy weights.

Jesus loves you, Jennifer, This I know, Oh your precious babies, Need you so!

You are beautiful, Just look at your smile, See the real “you” in the mirror, The one you haven’t seen for a while?

You are the brave girl, Who never needed the drugs, That is YOU, Jennifer, Now give yourself a big hug.

A hug from Your Creator, Who planned you from the start, He never asks you to earn His love, He just wants your heart.

Jennifer, YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!

There are so many more Jennifers out there, called by different names. I wish you could see the beauty inside you, and how much Jesus truly loves you! And so do I.

I’m sorry people made you feel you had to earn that love. God never expected that from you. Yes, you have made mistakes, but Jesus already nailed them to the cross!

Jesus loves you, Jennifer. You’ve been searching for something a mighty long time to fix the brokenness you feel inside, but you won’t find it in the drugs, and you won’t find it in a bottle. You can only know the peace you are looking for in His love and His Spirit. But you must seek Him with all your heart.

  1. Powerful! Renee, this post takes me to a family providing a foster home for a wayward and confused teenage girl. She is discovering that she is worth it. God is at work in this home. Blessings to you and your precious loved ones.

There are tons of resorts up here so she has a great business doing their laundry and they are willing to help in the cost of helping her. Pray for us to have wisdom as we work with her. Thank you.

      • She tries, but she keeps complaining I don’t learn easily. But I have stopped walking to the river. I’m not sure if you noticed the post, but I’m able to stay in the apartment, however the rent may go up. I just pray it doesn’t go up too much. Thanks so much for praying!😀😺

      • That stinker! She is a mess! But, in her defense, she does have her hands full these days😹 It may be a good thing she stopped you from walking to the river. She don’t want you having any more mishaps.
Sorry, Steve, I missed the post! That is good news indeed, you won’t have to leave the apartment! 👏🏼 🙌🏼💃🏼 We will pray and believe the rent won’t go up, but if so, not too much! You are so welcome! So happy for you!

      • Yep, every time I want to go to the river she puts on her bear mask and shows me her teeth! Bears are really getting active now because of a poor berry season this year. So they have warned people about using the path to the river where bears have been sighted. But then, they come into the neighborhood anyway. Sigh. And all over town for that matter. It’s going to be a bad fall this year.😬🙀🐻
        Thanks Renee for continued prayer!😀😺

  2. You are an amazing young woman, Renee. This is a powerful encouragement to someone struggling with self-worth. I also want to thank you for following White Hair Grace. I can see that you have much grace to offer the world, and I pray that many, many will receive it.
