“Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.”
Isaiah 53:4
I’m sorry I couldn’t be who you needed me to be,
I’m sorry it was never you—but me.
You were my world, you were loved
I need you to know, to believe—you were always ENOUGH.
A fragment missing, will always be missing, a hole in my heart,
Irreplaceable remnants, you were a huge part.
Goodbyes as big as craters,
Or maybe not byes but see-you-laters.
I long for the final yesterday, at last,
Of a thousand tomorrows already past.
When we shall see each other again,
And regrets stay in yesterday, all the has-beens.
It’s so hard letting go, I don’t want to. This I need you to know.
With a thousand sorrys, I say adieu,
Until I see you again, I’ll be missing you—I’ve been missing you.
See you later for now.

XOXO
Love you as BIG AS THE SKY

I’m praying for you, my sweet friend. 😢🙏🌻💛🐝
