Faith is Simply BELIEVING

No need to clean your glasses, it’s really Karen Kingsbury!!! 💜

I’ve recently discovered what it feels like to walk on the moon.

Oh, SNAPPLES!!!😱🫠

Maybe even float above it! No matter how you look at it, I was and still am, completely over the moon!!! 🌝 🌙

Tuesday was the beginning of a much needed vacation for me. Maybe this will help me get back to posting. 🤞🏼🙏🏼

Shucks, I’m still on vacation, as we speak, but will be leaving for home tomorrow after a Fathers Day brunch with my brother and sister-in-law who lives in Summertown.

I’m so excited, I just had to share with my friends.

I know it’s been a while since I’ve blogged. I’m hoping to get “back to it” with your prayers!

If it’s meant to be, it will be. God will always make a way!

I was blessed to experience this truth. and attend the Karen Kingsbury’s BELIEVE writing intensive this week in Franklin, TN!!!

Sitting on the balcony outside my room at The Harpeth Hotel, drinking early morning coffee.

Did I mention I’m over the moon?!! Oh yeah, I did already, didn’t I? 🙊

For those of you who haven’t discovered Karen Kingsbury yet, the Christian author, you owe yourself the opportunity to Google her and buy one of her many books. Some of her books have been turned into movies—for instance, The Bridge.

This quaint bookstore was the inspiration for that book.

One of the ladies who also attended the intensive, Rhonda.

I pictured Karen as a down-to-earth person. And boy, oh boy, was I right! She is sensitive, kind, generous and an over-the-top writer!

When I read recently she was going to teach her second annual writing intensive, cold chills came over me. I KNEW I had to go somehow!

Have you ever felt something was meant to be? Especially when God has been speaking to your heart?

I know I have mentioned before, as a young Spirit-filled Christian, I struggled with what it meant to have faith and to believe.

Also what it was to believe in myself and believe who God said I was in Him. So, this intensive was very personal for me.

Faith is simply BELIEVING.

Karen’s son, EJ.
Austin, also, her son. He is an actor.

Another pic with my new writing friends.

I’ll share more pics next time.

We each spoke with Karen in the boardroom concerning the book/book idea we were writing or thinking about. She gave each of us feedback and advice.

Do you have a book idea in mind? I pray you believe you can do anything Jesus places in your heart to accomplish!

HAPPY WRITING AND BELIEVING!!! 💜💜💜

HAPPY FATHERS DAY TO ALL THE FATHERS OUT THERE! 👔
