Every Morning New

Holy Jalapeño! It’s a heart!

If you have Jesus, you have everything.

Because His mercy is new EVERY morning.

“I called upon thy name, O LORD, Out of the low dungeon.

Thou hast heard my voice: Hide not thine ear at my breathing, at my cry.”
‭‭Lamentations‬ ‭3‬:‭55‬-‭56‬ ‭KJV‬‬

How many times have you felt your very life was in a pit?

Your situation seemed hopeless with no way out?

Enemies rose up against you.

No matter which direction you turned, trouble was on every hand.

You were talked about. You did not deserve one word against you.

People misunderstood your intentions.

It’s here where you wonder what you did wrong?

How you got in this terrible place.

Expecting others to reciprocate care, love or kindness does not always play out well.

If we are not careful, bitterness and anger can take hold of our spirit.

Honestly, I found myself in this place recently. No one is exempt from the enemy’s schemes to throw us in this dungeon of doom.

But the Lord reminded me, we are to bless and curse not.

What if those around us don’t hold to the same standard?

We love anyway.

Be kind anyway.

Forgive anyway.

I asked myself this age old question-WHAT WOULD JESUS DO?

How many times has He loved me when I was unlovable?

Or being selfish, stubborn or guilty of having a bratty attitude?

So many times I cannot count!

When I make mistakes and fail miserably, His mercies NEVER RUN OUT.

Because He’s faithful, I will keep pressing on. And try to do better.

And you can, also, my friend!

HAPPY SUNDAY. Keep Smiling.

YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

  1. What an encouraging message Renee. I have been battling extending grace and being loving to some who do not seem to care. I was reminded by God to not grumble which I was very busy doing for a while. Reading your post just reinforces it all. Thank you and bless you my friend 💙

    • Thank you, Manu. It seems we are in this learning process together. There’s no other way to put it but plainly. It’s hard. Plain hard! And hard not to lash back at times. Sometimes we will pass the test, but other times we will fail. Thank God for forgiveness when we do. Love and Prayers, my friend.
